Education- ITI , Diploma, B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical
Experience – Above 6 Years
Skills:
- Good exposure of Turn-mill center and CNC Turning troubleshooting; setting and machine setup as per the drawings Hands-on experience of Fanuc and Siemens.
- Good knowledge of CNC tooling, cutting inserts, drill, reamer, endmill and tap, tool life monitoring, and Productivity improvement by Cycle time reduction, set up time reduction.
- Knowledge of cycle time study.
- Coordination with maintenance Dept. to reduce downtime.
- Give training to operators and manpower handling.
- Make production reports and data entry on a daily basis.
- Make arrangements of tooling and raw material for own shift.
- Achieve production targets on a daily basis.
- Usage of MS Office (Excel) Day-wise production planning and execution Rejection monitoring and why-why analysis.
